Business computing is the application of various technologies to meet the needs of business information. Graduates are able to work in the field of business working on technical and computing matters or in the IT field.

The course is deeply rooted in the work place. Guest lecturers from engineering and business partners offer their expertise on real-world business challenges. You will be able to work on real-world scenarios, which apply your technical skills to real-world issues. You will learn a broad range of business and IT abilities over the course of four years, from developing software applications to analyzing data with the aim of offering innovative solutions to companies.

In the initial year of your studies, you will study subjects like marketing and accounting, and gain hands-on experience using the latest computing and IT technologies. You’ll build your IT and business knowledge to prepare for a placement year. This can be on campus or in one of our many partner organisations throughout Kent and London.
